80% of Respondents Say Finding Experienced Collectors Difficult -A Client Survey by CU Recovery

Wyoming, MN – December 15, 2014 – In a recent client survey conducted by CU Recovery, a staggering 80% of respondents said that finding experienced collectors was difficult. In analyzing the results, individual clients list a number of reasons for the shortfall. Not surprising, Credit unions are careful to select people that fit their culture and philosophy. Other factors include the geographic location of the credit union and a lack of talent in their area. Others state that they lack physical space to house additional staff. One solution to these roadblocks would be to outsource all or part of the collection process.

Godzilla Returns – Repo Forwarder Friendly Bill Poised to Pass in Michigan

gdzlla_eat_crThe exuberance over the victory over repossession forwarding Godzilla “PAR” appears to have been short lived. As reported in June, “Opie Taylor” aka, George Badeen of Midwest Recovery, Inc., had prevailed over beast “Godzilla” aka, PAR, ARS, etc., in the Michigan Supreme Court who had ruled that the action of forwarding is a collection activity and as such is required to be licensed and regulated by the state.

Even before the ink had dried on this decision, Republican State Senator Rick Jones had introduced a bill making it legal.

Following up on their earlier Press Release, “ANONYMOUS – PRIMERITUS FINANCIAL SERVICES CHOSEN FOR ANONYMOUS STRIKE BY REPOSSESSORS ACROSS THE NATION “, the clandestine group of repossession agency owners who have adopted the name and moniker of the infamous hacker group, Anonymous, has launched their own website ( http://repoanon.com/ ) to broadcast their overall objectives, pending action and a call to solicit repossession agency owners to join in their movement.

While their initial Press Release announced their scheduled strike against Primeritus Financial, within their objective, they take a jab at LPR company, DRN, which appears to perhaps be a future target as well.
