Repo Man Gave Back Elderly Couple’s Car, But He Wasn’t Done Helping

Belleville, IL – April 26, 2017 – Repo man Jim Ford raised money to return the elderly couple’s car plus an extra $1,000 five months ago, but that is not the end of the story. “Stan and I were at peace because we weren’t worrying about bill collectors,” Pat Kipping said. “I had a happy few months because of what Jim did for us.”

But then Kipping, 69, in March was in the Red Bud hospital getting treatment for a new heart condition. She heard her husband, Stan, fell at home.

Assistant Fire Marshal Arrested for Firing Gun at Repo Man

Petersburg, VA – 23 April 2017 – The Petersburg Assistant Fire Marshal is speaking out after he was arrested at his home Friday and charged with shooting at two repo men. Marlow Jones faces two misdemeanors after the repo company said he pointed a gun at them to make them leave. Jones is challenging that claim and the reason they showed up to his door in the first place.

Texas Skip Tracing Company CEO Pleads Guilty to Embezzlement

Dallas, TX – 18 April 2017 – Clifford McCrary, former CEO of the now bankrupt Windsor Equity Group, a debt collection and skip locating firm, has accepted a plea agreement with the Dallas County District Attorneys Office resulting from charges of misapplication of fiduciary property. As a condition of his 10 year probation, McCrary has been ordered to pay $215,989 in restitution to Loss Prevention Services, LLC.

Tuesday morning around 2:30am Walton County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to Wildflower Street in DeFuniak Springs after a 911 call by repossession agent who said a woman was firing shots at him.
