American Recovery Association and RISC announce webinar dates for the month of August

as part of its continuing education series addressing the latest in recovery processes, including laws and regulations, compliance policies and procedures, and best practices.

WHY:

Each one-hour webinar is broken into 20-minute sessions. The August Program will focus on the “color of the law” and how recovery agents can protect themselves from costly federal and state litigation, and why third-party disclosure can be the Tracers enemy.

The webinar is limited to ARA members. It is not too late to sign-up and participate.
