jail_hndcuffsBrown County, TX – June 9, 2016 – A Brown County grand jury indicted three people who were arrested last December after a convicted felon pulled a gun on a Repo Man. While responding to the crime, deputies found an underground meth lab with a child in the vicinity.

Lynn and Amanda Isbell, and Dexter Bolds were indicted May 19 on child endangerment or abandonment charges, according to court documents.

Lynn Isbell, 34, was indicted on four separate charges in April, including unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. He was arrested in December of 2015 after he reportedly pointed a gun at a repo man trying to repossess his car, according to a police report.

The Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a warrant to search his home. They found 11 rifles and two handguns, including the one he used to threaten the repo man. They also discovered drugs and an underground meth lab.TX_methlab_mugsht

His wife Amanda Isbell, 31, was home at the time and arrested by deputies. They also arrested 19-year-old Dexter Bolds.

Court documents state that all three put a young child under the age of 15 in “imminent danger of death, bodily injury, or physical or mental impairment by … attempting to manufacture methamphetamine in the child’s presence.”

According to Brown County jail records, all three were free from jail on bond.
