Palatine, IL – June 30, 2011 - MVTRAC has formalized a strategic alliance with National Creditors Connection, Inc. [NCCI], a field contact services specialist. As the newest member of the expanding MVTRAC Network, NCCI will assume on-site inspection responsibilities for the leading Recovery Industry ALPR technology provider.
NCCI, the nation’s leader in field contact services, specializes in customer contact and information gathering through personal face-to-face contact solutions. Comprised of a network of FDCPA trained and tested specialists, NCCI provides services to many of the nation’s premier banks and financial institutions. MVTRAC’s decision to outsource site inspections is a derivative of the continuous and rapid growth in demand for their patented ALPR system as well as their efforts towards establishing the highest compliance standards within the Recovery and Auto Finance Industries.
Regarding the partnership, MVTRAC Chief Executive Officer, Scott Jackson states, “It [outsourcing site inspections] is simply a consequence of supply and demand. In order to effectively process our extensive list of prospective agents, it was essential to partner with a company with their [NCCI] level of expertise and experience.” Jackson continues, “We understand there is a large volume of MVTRAC caliber agents waiting in queue thus our goal is to collapse cycle time to instantly augment our current network and increase ROI for our agents.”
Recognized within the Recovery Industry for their stringent and thorough application process, MVTRAC has garnered a reputation for affiliating with only top tier organizations.
According to Luke Smith, Executive Vice President of Business Development, “On-site inspections are an integral part of the agent approval process. To become MVTRAC certified, agents are required to conduct their businesses in compliance with a specific set of standards to uphold the integrity of our network of professionals.” Smith continues, “In addition to their core skill set, we needed to associate with a company that maintained similar ideals in order to create a seamless transition from our previous in-house site inspections to outsourced site inspections. Although the name of the company is different, the processes, standards and consequently, the results remain static.
Noting the nature of the relationship, NCCI National Account Manager, Patti Hertzberg says, “The relationship is a good fit as both companies [MVTRAC and NCCI] are driven by professionalism and the objective of producing optimal results. Having worked together in the past, we [NCCI] are confident in our ability to perform our responsibilities in accordance to the high standards expected by MVTRAC and the Recovery Industry.”
Hertzberg concludes, “NCCI is continuously refining our processes and working with a company like MVTRAC provides a fantastic opportunity for NCCI to demonstrate its operational excellence. This is truly a partnership that we are excited about.”

I’m very sorry to all of those that have suffered the painstakingly slow process of vendor, subscriber or agency approval. We were overwhelmed with applications and we had to make corrective measures that would not jeopardize quality. NCCI has afforded us the ability to increase our productivity in passing agencies in the site inspection and vendor approval process.
The good thing with the MVCONNECT divisions, is that we are stringent in approval process, so you know you’re in good company when you’ve passed. The negative to this unfortunately, has been the transition from being overwhelmed with site inspections and approval packets to NCCI and a more streamlined execution.
Again, I apologize for the slow process. From the meetings that I’ve had, the problem has been corrected. If anyone has a slow down in approval, feel free to email me directly at Scott.Jackson@mvtrac.com and I’ll look into the matter specifically.
PS Andy Propaganda – It is MVTRAC and MVRecovery. We have high standards and although we do terminate skip tracers for under performing, we have quite a few with between 15-18 years with us.
They never talk about how MV Recovery is doing terrible and bringing down the whole company. They can’t even keep a steady group of skip tracers there. MVtrac is barely keeping the company as a whole afloat.
I cuurently manage an agency in Florida and have been advised by RMP software that several of my cars have been “spotted” by MVTRAC. I have received approval from clients to get the info at the $150 price for one hit. The problem is the unproffessional people at MVTRAC who have not responded to several calls concerning this matter. It has been 2 weeks and I still do not have the info, MVTRAC has not released the info and my cients are now mad at me for looking unprofessional for promissing something I could not deliver.
So far it left a very sour taste in my mouth

Dave,
For a live MVTrac account that we did not have prior to scanning it we get a flat 400.00 for the recovery but my average invoice has been 500.00 to 550.00 as we are able to bill for keys, pictures, transport….etc… The system has also netted me 12 of my own units in the past week and a half through direct and historical hits. I am able to bill my client for those hits which has put an extra 150.00 to 200.00 in my pocket per recovery. 2 months ago my recovery log sheet was a list of recoveries where the gross invoices rarely reached 325.00 and now I have more cars and no invoices under 400.00. Since the forwarders are tied to the auctions they will deny you making a key for 150.00 because they will charge 240.00 to the client at the auction. Slowly but surely many of the lenders are getting wise to thses actrivities and the gig will be up. You will see the debates on CU Collector in several articles between the two major players in LPR. I will call them debates although no one has really ever refuted the negatives raised regarding DRN and in turn, no one has given any specifics regarding any MVTrac issues beyond the current database size. I will say now having experience with both I fault MVTrac for not getting to the market faster as their business model is both fair, equitable, and reasonable for the agent and the client while the DRN model has everyone else (mainly the forwarders) stuffing their pockets while the agent who is doing all the work, bearing all the expense, and assuming all the risk is just a revenue source. DRN chose to make the forwarding companies their partners while MVTrac chose to make their agents their partners.
QUESTION DO YOU GET A CAMERA HIT FEE ON TOP OF THE $400.00 DOLLARS OR IS IT A FLAT FEE? THANKS
Becoming an MVTrac affiliate is to be a part of an entity that has chosen to raise the bar and have a higher standard when it comes to accepting affiliates unlike the other guys who require a check and a pulse. It goes back to the old saying “you get what you pay for” and picking up cars for the same lenders as the others guys and being paid over 400.00 per car has made the approval process more than worth it versus the 275.00 I was getting from the other guys. At 400.00 a car I can still have wheel lift trucks, proper insurance, facilities etc….. At 275.00 your getting a company taking shortcuts that is on their way out of business slowly but surely. Way to go MVTrac!!! Let the other guys get what is coming to them with their “fog a mirror application process” and their alliance with the underpaying forwarders.
I can attest that MVTRAC is a strict application process. I am proud to have made the cut. Keep up the great business practices! Scott Patterson
