Repo Men Threatened with Gun at Point Blank Range

gun_pnt_blnkSchuylkill County, PA – 16 February 2016 – Two men were threatened by another man with a gun at point blank range while trying to repossess a camper on Monday night.

The incident occurred at approximately 7PM in Norwegian Township, where 51-year old Brian Nornhold and 29-year Michael Walter were attempting to repossess a camper where they were approached by 58-year old Charles Morris.

Police report that Morris pointed the gun at the abdomen of one man while threatening to kill him, and then put the pistol on the left eye of the other, threatening to blow his head off.

Both men were able to get away from Morris, who was later taken into custody at his residence.

State police Morris, of Pottsville, was later apprehended, charged and committed to the Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville, in lieu of $25,000 bail.

He is charged with terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault.
