Louisville, KY – October 4, 2011 – Just over a week after having been acquitted in trial of charges of impersonating a police officer during a repossession, Charles Mullins of “Louisville Repossession Taskforce” has been arrested of it again. This time, the police claim to have caught him and other agents working with him, in the act with a gun drawn on the occupants of a vehicle. Mullins claims he was trying to save the life of one of his employees.
