Illinois Commerce Commission Approves RSIG’s CRA Course for State Certification

The Illinois Commerce Commission on August 17, 2012 notified RSIG the Certified Recovery Agent education course for Illinois was approved. The course has both Manager and Employee programs that has meet all requirements of the Illinois Commerce Commission for the required education needed to work in the repossession business in Illinois. In addition this course also meets the requirements for education under the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau requirements for third party vendors.

The Certified Recovery Agent program was developed By Recovery Specialist Insurance Group (RSIG) under the supervision of Mr. Mike Howk, Education Director for RSIG. This program was developed to be state specific, meaning case law for each state is discussed in the course. Thousands in the recovery industry as well as lenders have taken this course over the last nine year. The courses are a continuous project as new case law and state laws change every year, under the watchful eye of Mike changes are made frequently among the specific courses.

The Certified Recovery Agent courses can be found on line at  you will find the specific course you want to take and you will have 10 days to complete the course, so you can take a section each day or every other day and have the course completed in the 10 day time period.
