MS Repo Man Shot

ms_trck_bllet_holeJackson, MS – March 21, 2013 – A Jackson woman is behind bars charged with shooting a Repo Man who was attempting the repossession of her truck from her backyard. The family claims it was the Repo Men who shot first.

Ashley Bright, 31, has been charged with aggravated assault after allegedly walking out of her house firing a weapon at an unnamed Repo Man who was attempting the repossession of an older model Chevy truck from a backyard at the intersection of Terry Road and Raymond Road on Wednesday.

Bright’s family claims it was the two Repo Men who had broken down her fence in the attempt to MS_Repo_shtng_scneleave and that they were the ones that fired first in their attempt to flee the scene.

The unidentified Repo Man was shot in the shoulder and taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

  1. It is sad to Hear of a man doing his job and then getting shot over a pos truck. And
What is worse is that there are no laws te protect us from this happening again. We
as recovery agents should have the law on our side when we have a repo order from
lender. Because we are not the ones trying to still or get something for free.

  2. You ever notice it is always the person in a truck causing all the trouble? You never hear of a Prius repo going south do you??? Don’t get me wrong I love my truck as beat up as it may be, but shooting someone over it???
