Shots Fired on SC Repo Man

smkng_gunNorth Charleston, SC – June 20, 2013 – A SC Repo Man got into a skirmish with 10 people and later alleges that shots were fired at him as he later searched for the subject vehicle that got away.

On Monday night at approximately 11 p.m., Charleston Police responded to reports on gunfire and met with Repo Man, Michael Pharrams.

Pharrams, reported to police that he arrived at a residence on Buck Pond Road Monday night in an attempt to repossess a vehicle. He reported that during his attempt, he got into an altercation with 10 people. During the altercation the Pharams claimed that the vehicle he was trying repossess took off.

According to Police, Pharrams then searched an area off Purcell Rd. where he told police he suspected he might find the vehicle.

While conducting his search, a white car approached and opened fire. Pharrams claims the car took off and he wasn’t able to get a good description of the vehicle or the plates.

Pharrams was uninjured.

Police are investigating the incident.
