Terrorist Threats Surround Omaha Repo

smntha_gntzOmaha, NB – June 30, 2013 – After responding to a call regarding an armed disturbance, Police are investigating a woman for making terroristic threats, with a BB gun.

Omaha police were called to investigate an armed disturbance after the owner (borrower) of a car, that was being repossessed, allegedly pulled a gun on the person attempting recovery.

The Repossessor reported to police he was repossessing the vehicle in the area of 42nd and I Street, when 27-year-old Samantha Gintz allegedly threatened to shoot him.

Upon searching the suspect, officers found a black BB air pistol at the scene and arrested Gintz for making terroristic threats. No one was hurt.
