Texas Repo Men under Fire… from a Pellet Gun

Ralphie_bbgunWeatherford, TX – March 15, 2013 – Someone almost got their eye put out last week as a fortunately weakly armed borrower opened fire on a trio of Repo Men.

According to Deputies they received a called to a shooting in the 200 block of Overlook Trail in northeast Parker County, Texas by three Repo Men who had just repossessed a pickup when the incident occurred.

The suspect claimed to deputies that he believed that someone was stealing his truck and that he didn’t know who they were.

No one was reported injured and a small pellet mark was observed on the rear frame of the cab, according to the sheriff’s office.

When police interviewed the Repo Men, all three advised that they wished to pursue charges and the case was expected to be assigned to the criminal investigation division.
