PRESS RELEASE

02/11/2016 –The majority of lending institutions, under the scrutiny of the Consumer Financial Bureau, are required to use only third party service providers with proper compliance and training.

In the late months of 2014 the members of the highly respected Eagle Group XX developed a standardized training and safety credentialing program specifically designed for the men and women who work recovery assignments in the field. Now, in 2016, the group has completed and released a training program for the in house agency employees.

SECT or Support Employee Compliance Training is another “FIRST” as it is solely directed to support employee compliance and safety. The SECT program compliments the industry recognized FACT, Field Agent Compliance Training.

The SECT program now completes the required compliance and safety training for all employees of a recovery agency.

Millard Land, of Adjusters Inc. in Houston Texas, a long time member of Time Finance Adjusters Board of Directors who is recognized as one of the top 3 “Expert Witnesses” in the area of “Wrongful Repossession”, is quoted as saying, “As an expert witness in the area of CFPB Compliance violations I have seen a need for a comprehensive training program which addresses the base issues involved in the repossession industry… both for the employees in the field and the support personnel in the office. Now, thanks to the efforts of Eagle Group XX, we have a complete training program which covers required compliance and employee safety issues in both areas.”

Tim Koskovics, owner of USA Meridian in Ohio states, “The recovery industry has never had a compliance and safety program dedicated directly toward office employees, now, thanks to the resources of Eagle Group XX, we have such a program at a very affordable cost,”

Ron Brown, facilitator for Eagle Group XX and another recognized “Expert Witness” states that the primary difference between the FACT/SECT programs and other training programs is that FACT/SECT specifically addresses the areas where violations are occurring and where lawsuits are being filed against recovery agencies, their employees and the financial institutions who hire them.

The SECT training program consists of Protecting Non-Public Personal Information, Compliance Policies, Post-Recovery Contact with Consumers, an effective Emergency Management and Disaster Plan and finally the importance of Training Documentation.

Brown also is quick to point out that another major difference between the SECT/FACT programs and other training programs is that to maintain the credential CFA (Credentialed Field Agent), CSA (Credentialed Support Agent) the holders must complete 8 hours of continuing education annually.

Eagle Group XX has developed affordable programs for the asset recovery industry designed to insure that both field employees and the support employees are properly trained to perform their duties in a compliant, safe and legal manner and also insure that consumers are treated professionally, fairly and their privacy rights respected.

The SECT/FACT training and credentialing is available to all members of the industry at an affordable price and to date over 250 men and women, nationwide, have been FACT trained and credentialed.

The SECT/FACT program consists of a Compliance Training Manual, an accompanying power point program and a Subject Matter Test. The total cost of the training E-manual, the Power Point Training Program and a copy of the S/M test for Industry Association members is only $49.50 per employee. Upon completion of the test and submission to Eagle Group XX for grading a numbered and registered Credentialing Certificate will be issued and sent via Email to the agent.

The $49.50 also includes the quarterly Continuing Education Programs which consisting of a Hand Out, Power Point presentation and a S/M test.

Ron Brown states that Eagle Group XX has not entered into this endeavor to make money but their ultimate goal is rather to provide the asset recovery industry with an affordable and uniform training programs for field agents and office personnel.
