We will be kicking off the conference late on Wednesday to allow for same day travel.
It is recommend that you fly in early on Wednesday due to hotel availability.

A group rate is $299/night (excl. taxes & fees) but will sell out quickly. Make your reservations as early as possible and before the cut-off date of Wednesday, August 20^th, 2025 to ensure an appropriate group rate.
