The owner of the car was holding a crowbar and smashed the rear window of the tow truck while the truck driver tried to escape, according to investigators. Sparks were flying from the vehicle as it was dragged for more than 10 minutes through the streets of Compton.
LOL! I am sure someone is saying “Why didn’t he just stop and talk with him?” Easier said than done when you have an irrational nut job coming at you with a bat in his hands. Fight or flight instinct kicks in.
Just like in Charlotsville….. we cannot blame the lawlessness or illegal actions of the debtor for causing this or placing the innocent public in jeopardy and danger …… we must blame the repossessor….. after all if the repossessor never showed up and attempted to repo this vehicle it never would have happened. So lets all forget about the illegal actions of the debtor for breach of peace, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and vandalisim…… the debtor should never be held accountable for his/her actions under the law ……… selective law enforcement and news media reporting is all that matters.
(not talking about CUCollector I was talking about news media that reported the story)
