BLAKE HASTINGS βSVP of Corporate Strategy and Chief Economist. Since2021, he had helped SWBC continue to grow successfully by providing leadership in the areas of strategic planning and corporate development. He also conducts research and analysis on the economy providing insights to SWBC business leaders and customers through an array of publications, presentations, and webinars. Additionally, he provides direction in the assessment, evaluation, and management of risk throughout the organization. Prior to joining SWBC, Blake worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas for over 14 years. He served as an SVP overseeing the San Antonio and El Paso branch offices; the Bankβs HR function; and outreach to banking, business, academic, and community-based organizations of Tx, Southern NM, and Northern LA.

VAUGHN CLEMMONS – is the President of A.R.B., Inc. based in Houston, TX. Heβs been in the repossession industry 37+ years. After relocating to Dallas, he worked for what was then the ALSCO Dallas franchise. Vaughn is also a licensed Private Investigator for 27+ years and holds a degree in Criminal Justice. In June 2022, he became President of the American Recovery Association (ARA) and maintains his focus on improving business methods and the overall ideals of the industry.

CHARLES E. βCHUCKβ ADCOCK III – has been the FSU Credit Union President/CEO since 2018. He first joined the credit union in 1994 as a teller while completing his finance degree from Florida State University, and quickly moved up the ranks to second in command before being named incoming President/CEO. Chuck is considered one of Tallahasseeβs most respected lending and financial literacy experts. He serves as a guest lecturer on financial literacy topics at local colleges and universities including Florida State University, local high schools, and area businesses. He was the only honoree from Florida and one of just 54 Credit Union Rock Stars selected nationwide by CUNA and Credit Union Magazine.
