Providence, RI – Hiancarlos Mosquea-Ramos, one of nine individuals indicted by a federal grand jury in July 2020, for their alleged participation in a wide-ranging conspiracy to defraud seven credit unions across several states, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Providence.
