Galway, NY 9 June 2018 – A 23-year-old Saratoga County woman tried to drive her car off a tow truck after it had been repossessed, sheriff’s deputies said Saturday.
About 7:30 a.m. Friday, Destiny M. Robinson of East Street, Galway, tried to take back the car near her home, deputies said, when the car partially dislodged from the truck and lunged toward the tow truck driver who was outside the vehicle.
She also allegedly allowed a child to remain unattended in the park while she ran after the car.
She’s charged with felony reckless endangerment and misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal tampering. She was arraigned and released to the pre-trial services pending further action, deputies said.
