Fraud Goes Mainstream – “The Fraud Bible”

Fraud, the constantly evolving and ever-present nemesis of collectors and lenders alike, had once upon a time, been the stuff of the “Dark Web”, guarded conversations and underground subcultures. But in the era of online access to everything imaginable, the curtain has been pulled back on this world and now, a new online book named; “The Fraud Bible”, can be purchased for as little as $5 or, in some cases, free!

In the past, we’ve shown you the underground world of online synthetic identity stores, where users can purchase, ID’s, fake pay stubs, authorized user accounts and even a hacked camera and audio view of the inner workings of an Indian scam call center.

ACT NOW! While supplies last!

Now, unashamedly, Rapper and self -professed scam artist, Teejayx6, had unleashed his “how-to” online book with over 14,000 instructional files, “The Fraud Bible”. And don’t forget to buy the T-shirt!

While released over six months ago, for reasons unknown, it has only recently begun lighting up online social media accounts on Instagram and Reddit, while his YouTube videos rack up hundreds of thousands of views.

Most of the material in this “book” were previously available only on the Dark Web, but can now be found in these aggregated files.

I would dig in deeper, but my concern for acquiring a malware virus or worse precludes my curiosity for fear of become a victim of irony. And for anyone else in the collections or recovery industries, don’t even think about it! You all know as well as I, that while we watch everyone else in the world get away with these scams, the second one of us even tried, we’d have the FBI at our door before we logged off of our PC’s.

Just how user friendly these processes are or how many fraud loop holes have already been closed is unknown, but the availability of such large amounts of instructional material and resources made so easily available via social media to the general public is telling of the future of fraud. It is not going away.
