Lawsuit Filed Against Texas Credit Union over Alleged Harrasment and TCPA Violations

San Antonio, TX – 3 July 2018 – A San Antonio consumer alleges she has been harassed by calls from a debt collector.

Berniece Bursch filed a complaint on June 19 in the San Antonio Division of the Western District of Texas against Security Service Federal Credit Union alleging violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Texas Debt Collection Act.
