It is with profound sadness and deep respect that we announce the passing of our founding partner, Barry Wayne Ferns last month.
Barry Ferns was a pillar of our firm, Ferns, Adams, and Associates, which he founded in 1984. For 40 years, he dedicated his life to building and growing the firm with unwavering commitment, passion, and a sense of justice. His legacy as both a legal professional and a mentor to countless colleagues and clients will forever remain a guiding force at Ferns, Adams & Associates.
Barry was a source of wisdom, strength, and laughter not only within our firm but to all who had the privilege of working alongside him. His extraordinary legal mind, compassion, and dedication shaped the firm’s values and its culture, ensuring that Ferns, Adams & Associates remains steadfast in its mission to provide exceptional service and uphold the highest ethical standards. Family and work were the two pillars of Barry’s heart. The firm he built will continue with his daughter Amanda Ferns as the named partner.
