Man Indicted for Fraudulent Repo and Reckless Driving with Kids in Car

A 25-year-old Verbena man is facing up to 10 years in prison after he was indicted on charges alleging he attempted to fraudulently repossess a man’s vehicle before injuring the victim and fleeing the scene while driving recklessly with small children in the car.
