The title of Joette’s Break Out Session is: The Growing Problem of Plastic Card Fraud – Implementing effective controls and understanding industry fraud trends.
In this session Joette will cover implementing effective controls to mitigate plastic card losses. Card-Not-Present Fraud, Fallback Fraud, ATM Fraud and other fraud methods will be explored.
