There’s Still Time to Register - 2023 NorthLegal Conferences

With consumer delinquencies and bankruptcies projected to rise significantly in the new year, training is more important now than ever.

Registration is now open for the 2023 NorthLegal bankruptcy and collections conferences! Here’s what you need to know:

On Monday, June 12, the one-day Bankruptcy Fundamentals Seminar will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada. This program will provide a “high level” look at bankruptcy and is specially developed for those who are new to bankruptcy, those who are in management and just need the “big picture” so they can effectively manage the bankruptcy department, and those who want a refresher before attending the Advanced Bankruptcy Conference the remainder of the week. (The Bankruptcy Fundamentals Seminar is free to those who will be attending the conference!) For more information, click here.

From Tuesday through Friday morning, June 13 to 16, the Advanced Bankruptcy Conference (also in Las Vegas) will get down to the details. NorthLegal programs emphasize content, with each discussion building upon the last. We try to make the program interesting, enjoyable and understandable, but our overriding goal is to give you practical, specific information (and lots of it) that will help you handle real-world bankruptcy problems. Bankruptcy is a complex area of the law and we take seriously our responsibility to equip you to handle it. For more information, click here.

This year the NorthLegal Consumer Collections Conference will be held from Monday, September 11, through Thursday morning, September 14, in San Antonio, Texas. This conference provides an in-depth look at collection-related laws that govern activities like sending emails and texts, leaving voicemail messages, repossessing collateral, handling credit reporting disputes, collecting from servicemembers, GAP issues, and much more. Like the other programs, the Consumer Collections Conference doesn’t include fluff; it will provide the detailed information you need in order to comply with complex laws.
