Some poor lender, a repo company and the Chatanooga PD are in some serious trouble as they are caught on both video phone and body cams assisting in a repossession and dragged a 14 year old from the car when she refused to get out. The sad thing is, the PD seems clueless and has charged the girl for resisting arrest.
