Duncanville, AL – February 15, 2013 – An unidentified 42 year old Repo Man was assaulted by two men who beat him with their fists and struck him with a crowbar during an attempted repossession in Tuscaloosa County. Police have elected not to make any arrests.

Tuscaloosa County Metro Homicide Unit commander Capt. Loyd Baker reported that the victim was treated for injuries that were not life-threatening at DCH Regional Medical Center.
Baker said that the case is still under investigation and that no arrests had been made.
In Tuscaloosa you have to notify the cops before a repo just wanting to know if they did that or waited after they got in trouble been there done that.
That’s messed up.
Probably a relative of the Sheriff or deputy. I can see it now, “Boy You can’t come into my town and repo anything without talking to me.”
I would like to know what really happened.
Lots of missing facts. I’d like to know more to so we could prevent an occurrence here. Hope he recovers.
