Salt Lake City, UT – August 16, 2012 – Apparently it’s no big deal to be found in possession of a pipe bomb, a tactical vest and ammo in Utah.
When repossessors from “On Demand Repos”, found a pipe bomb, a vest and some 40-caliber ammunition in Michael Owens truck on July 17, it appeared as though it would be a pretty simple case. After all, he admitted to them being his. But, on Monday the 13, charges were inexplicably dropped.
There was no explanation given as to why the charges were dropped on the story reported by Fox 13 News of Salt Lake City.
