Constable Arrested for Grabbing Woman by the Hair While Serving Repo Papers

Hopkins County, KY – 25 June 2018 – A county constable allegedly hired by a finance company to serve papers for a repossession has been arrested for allegedly pulling the borrowers hair to stop her from fleeing while impersonating a police officer.
