Stolen Repo Leads to Chase and Arrest

Stafford, VA – 7 April 2017 – A Repo Man arrived and successfully repossessed a white Nissan pickup and onto his tow truck Wednesday night. But then the owner of the Nissan protested, climbed into the vehicle and drove it off the tow truck before speeding away toward Interstate 95 South, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.

The Repo Man was having none of that. He called police and then followed the Nissan onto I-95 South, where it eventually exited, headed west on Courthouse Road and was caught by police near Colonial Forge High School, 550 Courthouse Road.

David J. Schneider, 35, of Whitestone, was charged with reckless driving and hit and run.
