Man Who Bit and Punched Repo Man Charged

jm_willisWaco, TX – February 6, 2013 –  A 25 year old man has been arrested and faces charges of robbery and threats after an incident where he attempted to stop his vehicle from being repossessed.

According to police, on November 14, 2012, 25 year old Joshua Marques Willis discovered his vehicle being repossessed and ran out to stop the repossession. The vehicle was hooked up on the two truck and ready to go when Willis allegedly jumped into tow trucks cab and assaulted the driver by punching him the face and biting him.

Willis then allegedly shouted to a friend to get a gun, at which point the Repo Man surrendered the vehicle.

After a two month investigation, Police obtained a warrant and arrested Willis on Tuesday. Willis was transported to the McLennan County jail.
