Ray has also held senior executive leadership roles in consumer lending at Citizens Bank, Capital One and Citibank.

Jon J. Muller is an accomplished financial services executive and collections leader with more than 25 years of experience across repossession, asset resolution, loan servicing, and risk management, including over 15 years in senior and executive leadership roles. He serves as Assistant Vice President at Desert Financial Credit Union, where he oversees enterprise-wide collections, repossession, loss mitigation, loan servicing, and commercial asset management functions. Jon has led large-scale, data-driven initiatives that materially reduced delinquency and loss while strengthening member relationships, including growing an indirect lending portfolio from $425M to over $2B in open receivables. He brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, portfolio performance management, and member-centric collections strategies, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a strong focus on sustainable, ethical recovery practices. Jon is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice, which informs his disciplined, people-centered approach to modern collections leadership.
