Credit Union Collection Professionals Announces 2027 CUCP Summit in San Antonio, Texas

The 2027 Summit marks CUCP’s 10th anniversary and welcomes back keynote speaker Jovan Glasgow

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Credit Union Collection Professionals (CUCP) is excited to announce that the 2027 CUCP Summit will take place May 10–12, 2027, at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk in San Antonio, Texas.

The 2027 CUCP Summit will mark the 10th anniversary of CUCP, celebrating a decade of building community, creating educational opportunities, and connecting credit union professionals across the country.

The annual CUCP Summit brings together credit union professionals for practical education, meaningful networking, vendor partnerships, and real conversations focused on collections, recovery, repossession, bankruptcy, legal, technology, remarketing, and loss mitigation.

Fresh off his keynote address at the 2026 CUCP Summit, Jovan Glasgow will return as a keynote speaker for the 2027 event. His message connected strongly with attendees and reinforced CUCP’s commitment to leadership, growth, and helping credit union professionals better serve their members while strengthening their organizations.

“We are thrilled to bring the CUCP Community to San Antonio in 2027 as we celebrate CUCP’s 10th anniversary,” said Justin Yent, Board Member. “The Summit continues to grow because credit union professionals are looking for more than a conference. They are looking for a community where they can learn, connect, share challenges, and leave with ideas they can bring back to their teams.”

Registration for the 2027 CUCP Summit will open in August 2026. Credit union attendees will have access to an early bird registration rate of $575 through February 28, 2027.

After February 28, 2027, registration will increase to:

• $885 for credit union attendees
• $675 for returning credit union attendees

The Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk will serve as the host hotel, with a special CUCP room rate of $286 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees.

Credit unions are encouraged to save the date and include the 2027 CUCP Summit in their annual training and conference budgets. The Summit offers credit union professionals a focused opportunity to gain practical insight, build relationships with peers, and connect with trusted industry partners who understand the challenges and opportunities within the credit union collections space.
