Ty Schwamberger has been immersed in the ARM industry for over two decades, with the last 8 years in various leadership roles. He is well-versed in the numerous collection & bankruptcy laws that have a daily impact on the industry. He believes great listening skills and being genuinely empathetic goes a long way when dealing with those experiencing financial hardship. He is also an analytics and report-building guru, spending a large portion of his workdays neck-deep in Excel. Ty is a 2000 graduate of Heidelberg College and is currently the Assistant Vice President of Member Solutions at Buckeye State Credit Union in Northeast Ohio.
