Industry Veteran Brings More than Three Decades Experience

Carmel, Ind. – Oct. 19, 2023 – High Tech National, LLC d/b/a High Tech Locksmiths (HTL), a subsidiary of provider of digital marketplace solutions for used vehicles OPENLANE, Inc. (NYSE: KAR), today announced the promotion of David Moore to chief operating officer. In his expanded new role, Moore will oversee all aspects of HTL including operations, business development, innovation and customer service.

Moore, who joined OPENLANE in 2007, has been with HTL since 2020. As chief operating officer, Moore will serve as the top officer for HTL, leveraging his experience and relationships to position the company for growth in the auction, dealer, rental and forwarder segments. He will report to Subrahmanyam.
