CU Recovery Collection Academy Announces Scholarship Winners


Wyoming, MN – May 15, 2018 – CU Recovery and The Loan Service Center, the #1 collection resources for credit unions, is committed to quality collection education and giving back to the credit union community.  Today CU Recovery announced the award of $4,000.00 in scholarships to its Fall 2018 Collection Academy.  3 scholarships were awarded to credit unions based on their submission about how the goals of their collection department would be achieved through their professional development.  Recipients will receive Collection Academy tuition, lodging at the host hotel, and will be recognized during the 2.5 day conference.

Wendy Elieff, Senior Vice President Sales and Service stated: “The Academy centers around individual sessions on timely topics, in a peer-driven atmosphere that can be stepping stones to help collection departments serve their members resolve outstanding debt. I was pleased to see the depth of commitment to credit union members and professional development demonstrated in the 2018 submissions.”

Tori Napier, Tulsa Federal Credit Union – Tulsa, OK

Loraine Smith, Code Credit Union – Dayton, OH
