Gun Pulled on MA Repo Man with his Daughter in the Truck

Barnstable, MA – 13 March 2018 Barnstable man was forced to surrender his firearm last evening after allegedly threatening a Repo Man who showed up to repossess a vehicle…

As you will see and hear in the following HN Video, at about 7:15PM last evening, the Repo Man was still a little shook up, saying he had simply gone to the 50 Indian Trail address to do his job and repossess a vehicle – when the vehicle’s owner allegedly suddenly became aggressive and pulled a handgun on him.

The Repo Man was also highly alarmed because his 14-year-old daughter was just footsteps away waiting for him in the truck.

The Repo Man’s partner was also very alarmed, he said the man went as far as allegedly threatening to shoot him in the leg.

It was a volatile situation, to say the least…

Never in his 20 years repossessing vehicles had anyone ever threatened him with a firearm, according to the Repo Man in a brief interview, which you’ll see in the following HN Video.

According to sources, police had a long talk with the suspect and convinced him to surrender his firearm and License to Carry.

It’s uncertain why he was not arrested, sources confirm there was certainly enough probable cause to do so…

… perhaps ranking officers felt the situation was now stable and that the suspect was no longer an alleged threat to the community.

Police also convinced the suspect to eventually surrender the vehicle to the Repo Man after all…

It remains uncertain whether the suspect will be summonsed into court and charged on the allegations of threatening the repossession company workers with bullets.

As for the suspect, he is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law – if, in fact, he ever has to answer to the allegations which caused the cops to take his weapon and gun license away in the first place…
