There’s nothing like the simple joy of the smell of burning rubber. That is, unless of course, it’s happening on the claws of your wheel lift as a borrower is trying to free his Suburban from a repossession. This borrower was willing to spin those wheels until one blew out. Which is, “of course” the repo agents fault as the borrower shouts during his expletive littered ranting after having destroyed his own tires and who knows what else.
Breach of peace? I’m sure plenty of people might see it that way, but in context of the video shown, I’m not sure it would have been prudent for the agent to simply lower the vehicle while he was spinning his wheels. That very well could have caused greater damage and possible injury.
Either way, just imagine the smell and enjoy the train wreck.
