Atlanta, GA – The Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Northern District of Georgia has indicted by Grand Jury six people with conspiracy, wire fraud, mail fraud, and altering a VIN in an auto theft scheme involving stealing Bentleys, Mercedes Benz’s and other high end vehicles from car dealers then swapping Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN), and fraudulently obtaining new titles for the vehicles for resale.
