Vaughn Clemmons is the President of A.R.B., Inc. based in Houston, TX. He’s been in the repossession industry 37+ years and he’s also a licensed Private Investigator for 27+ years and holds a degree in Criminal Justice.

In June 2022, he became President of the American Recovery Association (ARA) and maintains his focus on improving business methods and the overall ideals of the industry.
