Charles E. “Chuck” Adcock III – has been the FSU Credit Union President/CEO since 2018. He first joined the credit union in 1994 as a teller while completing his finance degree from Florida State University, and quickly moved up the ranks to second in command before being named incoming President/CEO.

Chuck is considered one of Tallahassee’s most respected lending and financial literacy experts. He serves as a guest lecturer on financial literacy topics at local colleges and universities including Florida State University, local high schools, and area businesses. He was the only honoree from Florida and one of just 54 Credit Union Rock Stars selected nationwide by CUNA and Credit Union Magazine.

Blake Hastings – Blake Hastings joined SWBC as SVP of Corporate Strategy and Chief Economist in 2021. He helps SWBC continue to grow successfully by providing leadership in the areas of strategic planning and corporate development. He also conducts research and analysis on the economy providing insights to SWBC business leaders and customers through an array of publications, presentations, and webinars. Additionally, he provides direction in the assessment, evaluation, and management of risk throughout the organization.

Prior to joining SWBC, Blake worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas for over 14 years. He served as an SVP overseeing the San Antonio and El Paso branch offices; the Bank’s HR function; and outreach to banking, business, academic, and community-based organizations of Tx, Southern NM, and Northern LA. He also served as a member of the Bank’s Senior Management Committee leading several critical initiatives, including establishing a new leadership program to enhance the development of future senior management prospects, organizational change management and strategic planning, as well as leading several boards of directors and advisory councils.

Michael Pupil – Michael is the Vice President, Sales at Lexop and has over 20 years of consulting and management experience in Financial Services, IT and Software. He is a seasoned professional with a wealth of knowledge in helping organizations source vendors and optimize their processes. At Lexop, Michael and his team help organizations streamline workflows with a digital solution that manages past-due accounts flexibly and humanely. Michael believes prioritizing customer experience is essential in building loyalty and retention.
